Welcome to Daisy Copenhagen. By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the below terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read them thoroughly before shopping.
Daisy Copenhagen uses Post Danmark and Link Logistic as its
carrier (unless otherwise indicated).
We ship all orders as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case problems or delays occur. Orders are insured during shipping, and we kindly ask you to check the contents on receipt of the package. If the package or its contents are damaged, you are asked to notify Post Danmark within two days and subsequently return the order to us. Daisy Copenhagen is not liable for orders which were damaged during shipping. We always package orders with great care, doing our best to minimize the risk of damages.
At Daisy Copenhagen, we strive towards providing our customers with fast delivery, shipping orders every Monday and Thursday. Delivery on time requires that Post Danmark keeps to its overnight delivery. Should delays occur at Post Danmark, the shipment may not be delivered by the desired date. Post Danmark's target for guaranteed delivery is minimum 97 % for letters and 99 % for packages. Please note that these are average percentages which may conceal significant discrepancies between various locations and periods of time. Daisy Copenhagen is not liable for delays incurred by Post Danmark. In case of serious delays (i.e. several days) or undelivered shipments, Daisy Copenhagen will re-send the order free of charge. Please note that, in some cases, shipments to Bornholm and other small islands may take up to three days from the date of shipment.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE DENMARK
All shipments outside Denmark are handled by Post Danmark. Post Danmark
Regular service within Europe takes two to three working days. Regular service outside Europe takes three to five working days.
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just fill out the return note and enclose it in the package along with the items you would like to return. Click here for the return form. Click to download return note.
Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Items without a return label are not accepted. Once we have received the items and approved the return, we will credit your account as quickly as possible.
We only issue refunds to the credit card used for the purchase, in order to avoid illegal use of stolen cards. Please enclose relevant bank and account information. And please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer.

All products are covered by the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding the right to complain within 24 months. The right to complain allows the customer to complain about imperfections and defects which have occurred within 24 months of purchase of the product. The right to complain does not cover defects or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or regular wear and tear.

SOLD OUT ITEMS
If an item you are interested in is sold out, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service agent will inform you whether it is possible to sign up on our waiting list, or whether we can re-order the item or offer you a similar item that you may like.

We will charge your credit card once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. All prices are listed in DKK and Euro and include 25 % VAT, unless the order is for a country outside the European Union. Please see the section about CUSTOMS AND VAT.
No personal information registered by Daisy Copenhagen will be
handed over, sold or otherwise made available to a third party. All
information is stored in an adequate and secure manner and is only
available to trusted Daisy Copenhagen staff members.
Electronic payments are made through the secure, encrypted and PBS-approved Web-shop System.
The Web-shop System employs cookies to manage the contents of your shopping bag. A cookie is just the name of a file that is saved on your PC. It is possible to request that the system stores address information for your next order. If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, it can be done through your browse settings. On Internet Explorer, for instance, this is done by accessing the "Function" menu and the "Internet settings" sub-item.
During the course of a purchase, we will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will only be used to execute your order. It is transferred and stored electronically and unencrypted for five years. The "contract" (i.e. agreement of transaction) itself is not stored in a way which allows you to log in and see/change your status. We register the IP-address from which the purchase is made. This information is usually not used, but can be useful in any police investigation. All fake or forged orders are reported to the police!
You can opt to have your email address registered on our mailing list enabling you to receive news and other information on a regular basis. You can sign up to or discontinue this service any time, as you please. In accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, we provide information about registered information when requested, and delete information to the extent requested.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If your order is placed in a country of the European Union, you
will pay Danish VAT but no customs duty, in accordance with the
rules governing the free movement of goods. Orders shipped from
www.daisycopenhagen.com cannot be sent as gifts to countries
outside of the EU in an attempt to evade local taxes and
If your order is placed in a country outside of the EU, Danish VAT will be subtracted from your order. However, local taxes and duties may apply, for which we cannot be held liable. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the local shipping company. Please note that this could delay your order, as the shipment might be withheld by customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs.
